TRAINING PROGRAMMES : doing  exercises at a Constant but for variable lengths of time and intensity .

CONTINUOUS SYSTEMS:you must run at a constant but moderate speed for an established length Of time.

FARTLEK TRAINING : running consists of alternating different intensities ,distances ,frenquencies, And legths of step to vary the rhthm of the effort .

SPLIT SYSTEM: is divided into various parts , one interval training is alternating Running and resting .

MIXED SYSTEMS: there are two previous systems .CIRCUIT TRAINING doing a certain number  of exercises at each station are easy and Varied TOTAL TRAINING is a culmination of a continued running changes of rhythm Stopes and gymnastic exercises which work o basic abilities
