What do we get by having it?
The SOIVRE certificate provides confidence to the products that obtain it..
It makes these products be trustable in front of buyers. .
This confidence makes that for many cases in some countries our products
will not have to pass through an inspection to enter into its territory.
What is checking?
If lot is compliant with EU marketing standards
Documents (Identity/marking: origin, classification, amount, dispatcher)
Physical check according to risk analysis.
Reduced inspection for goods from third countries with approved
inspection services.
Re-inspection after rejections.
Re-inspection

When a company differs in opinion with SOIVRE inspector report.

Head inspector must be informed.

Performing of new inspection based upon the marked samples of the firstinspection and a new sample to obtain a higher accuracy.

Phytosanitary Certificate

It is an official document issued by the National Plant protection organization of the exporting country to the National Plant Protection
Organization of the importing country.

NPPO (National Plant Protection Organization)

It certifies that the plants or plant products covered by the certificate have
been inspected according to appropriate procedures and are considered
to be free from quarantine pests and practically free from other injurious
pests, and that they are considered to conform to the current phytosanitary
regulations of the importing country.

Importing countries should only require phytosanitary certificates for regulated articles:
