MONASTIC EDUCATION:This period is characterized by power emptiness so the sacralisation of the culture took place especially from the sixth century onwards. Monasteries were located on the countryside for being far away from all this and to be alone in silence because as sant Agustin said humankind learn better isolate to discipline and control the emotions.

The first Benedictine monastery was founded in 529 a.C. praying was what they practiced in monasteries because they cared about others saints. Their labour was copying manuscript and book, not only bible but also lifes of saints. They were also useful in considering Roman books the most important book.
