Balanced Scorecards: Is a strategic planning and management system that is used to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization. 1. There are many methodologies for collecting data, which can be quantitative and qualitative. 3.  Data has to be analyzed and put into context in order to extract information and insights from it. 4.  This forth step focuses on communicating the information and insights extracted in step three. 5. TEAM LEARNING- Is deemed to develop our capacity of conversation and balancing dialogue and discussion. Barriers for Knowledge Management(Barriers in Technology, Barriers in Content, Barriers in Routines and Procedures, Barriers in Organization, Barriers in Personnel). WHAT IS A HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM? Group whose members have skills and are responsible for the common purposes, objectives and approaches.  Main components of teamwork: Complementarity: Each member dominates a certain part of the Project. Coordination: You must work in an organized way.  Communication: Teamwork requires an open communication within all its members. Confidence: Each person trust the rest of his teammates. This trust allows putting team success before individual success.  Commitment:: Each member undertakes to give the best of themselves and make every effort to get the job done.
