genetics: is the study of how traits are inherited from one to another generation.
gene: its a fragment of the dna that codes for one protein. Its the basic unit of genetic information. They determine the inherited characteristics.
allele: there are the different forms of a gene.
locus: its the physical place where genes are formed.
trait: a inherited characteristic that we can observe in an individual, like the eye's colour.
dominant allele; an allelle that hides the effect of other allele.
recessive allele: an allelle that only is shown when there are not a dominant alelle presence.
homozygus: both alelles are equal (dominant or recessive, both of them)
heterosygus: when alleles occur in different forms.
