Drug Antihaemorrhoidals bring 3 Princes. assets: A. libocaina local, NSAIDs (aies) and OxZm.
CV drugs (antihypertensives)
- Ca antagonists: Anlodipino (5 and 10 mg)
- Izeca inhibitors: Enalapril (50, 10 and 20 mg) and captopril (25, 50 and 100 mg)
- Vasodilators: Nitroprusside Na + (80 and 150)
- Diuretics: Furosemide (40 mg), hydrochlorothiazide (50 mg), spironolactone (25 mg) and Triamterene. The last 2 are K +-sparing diuretics.
Isosorbide Dinitrate
Therapeutic effect:
antianginal, vasodilator
Side effect: severe headache, persistent cutaneous vasodilation c / flushing, transient episodes of dizziness, weakness and other signs of cerebral ischemia associated with postural hypotension, rash, exfoliative dermatitis.
Toxic effect: hypotension
Trade name: Isoket, isordil
Presentation: Tablets of 5 to 10 mg
More frequent dosage: Adults: 5 to 20 mg every 6 hours. The dosage is adjusted according to need and tolerance. The dosing interval is 5 to 40 mg 4 times daily, with the usual dosing interval of 10 to 20 mg 4 times daily.
NITROGLYCERIN
Therapeutic Effect:
Antianginal
Side effect: headache x cerebral vasodilation, dose-dependent and redness of the skin with itching or not. Allergic Contact Dermatitis (in the case of transdermal patches). Rarely hypotension accompanied by reflex tachycardia.
Toxic effect: hypotension and tachycardia
Trade name: Glonoine, Nitroglicerol, glyceryl trinitrate, and trinitroglycerine Trinitrina
Present: caps mastic. 0.8mg and comp. of 0.6mg
More frequent dosing: Dose to avoid crisis of angina pectoris (5 mg sublingual). In case of attack: 1 compr. 5 mg sublingually and repeat dose at 2 or 3 min. High dose. Daily: 30mg/sublingual. The dose vials will be set to a medical indication, in gral 15-100mg x min. after dextrose solution or saline.
