France= a liberal Revolution deposed king Charles X and replaced him with a more liberal Oriented king: Louis Philippe I, France become a constitutional monarchy.

Belgium: a rebellion In Brussels which finally resulted in Belgian independence with a new king, Leopold I and a liberal regime.
