-1 cup rolled oats
-1 cup of liquid milk (skimmed milk)
-1 banana (the more mature the better)
-A pinch of cinnamon
-A dash of vanilla
-Sugar to taste (or sweetener)
-honey to taste
Place milk in blender, add eggs and oats and begin to liquefy for one minute.
While liquefies, you must add the cinnamon, vanilla, banana and sugar, the mixture should be very thick
