Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Maria. I am emailing in reference to a complaint about the food, the price and the service of your restaurant. I went there with my partner last Saturday to dinner and we had some problems.
Firstly, the waiters took a long time to serve us. Secondly, the food was very cold and finally, the price was too expensive because what was served did not match the quality offered. I am very disappointed because due to your great reputation I really wanted to eat in your restaurant and it has been a horrible experience
I feel it is only fair that you would give us a refund for all the trouble that we went through at your restaurant.
