THE COURT OF JUSTICE of the EU (1952)
-Role: - ensure EU law is Interpreted and applied the same in every EU country
- give legal judgments On cases brought before it
-Location: Luxembourg
-Composition: one judge from Each EU country; nine Advocates General
-Has the power to settle legal Disputes between Member States and EU institutions
-It consists on 3 courts:
-The Court of Justice is Composed of 28 judges, one from each Member State , so that all the EU national Legal systems are represented
-The General Court is also Composed of 28 judges, appointed by the Member states for 6-year terms
