Well yes, it really is very necessary to sleep 8 hours a day. It has many benefits to your health.It helps you to have a good mood, have more energy, react faster, and the most important of the all it helps you to think better.

That is why it is recommended to take pills.There are people who can not sleep at night, for some problems such as insomnia, nerves, to drink caffeine etc ...

In my opinion, I think that it is important to have an 8 hour minimum, sometimes I don't do it, because I go to sleep late, doing homework, studying, with phone etc ...
