I am writing with reference to the order I made on your website last November. The order was a black dress and a red coat.
Unfortunately, the order not delivered until four weeks after it was ordered, and when it finally arrived, the dress was not sent, I only received the coat.But they did charge me.However,I also tried to call the web's customer service, Asos, and i have not had any reply from you yet.
I would be grateful if you could either send me the complete order.It has been a long time since I placed the order. I had never had these type of problems with Asos, a website where I usually buy.I would appreciate it if the situation could be resolved as soon as possible.I need the dress urgently.
