Phases PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROCES & its aspects:
Define: problem orientation / defining the result / global risk analyses / phasing / decomposing
Design: organization /milestones / calculation of costs / info management / QA management / project team management / risk management / approval-agreement
Delivery: start-up / fine planning / progress measuring and check / progress steering / delivery
Development: handover / evaluation-feedback / finish

Aspects of PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:

- strategic management / development and coordination of the different projects / facilitate the PM with staff

PERFECT TEAMWORK.
The company is in trouble and every aspect is important, no routine involved :
