I order a New tablet computer from your websitw on 5th febrary. My order was Placed at 18:30 and I received a confirmation email. Te money was taken from my Acont the next day.
Unfortunately , when the tablet arrived it had been damaged and the screen was cracked. When icalled Your Custumer help line, I was told that I had to send it back. I sent it back Immediately, but I still haven’t received a replacement.
I would Appreciate it if you could send a replacement or refound my money within one Week. I look forward to you reply and quik resolution to this problem.
