Motivation is the driving force that leads one to assume a certain position or express a desire, which I would like answered

In trading, the internal stress develops due to the conflict that the negotiator must face when expressing ASSERTIVENESS (defending their own interests) while al is empathy (evaluation of the interests of another, with the sincere intention to understand them )

Necessity (feeling of deprivation in relation to the desired state.)
